poor directionssmall plates
I found it hard to locate the lift. Directions were poor. i think a new guest should get better instructions on how to use the cards for things like the restroom light and opening the door. it was really annoying. also, breakfast was a letdown. Plates were too small, and spoons were huge. it seemed like they skimped on that part of the stay, honestly

poor breakfastheavy quilt
the breakfast was not good it was the worst i have had. the coffee machine only offered breakfast tea it was limiting. my room had air con but the quilt was heavy i was sweating all night
I found the mattresses unacceptable during this visit. I travel frequently and I never experienced such unforgiving mattresses. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed after 3 a.m.
